I am on day 11, so just started level 2. I am already seeing slight results. 2lb weight loss but that will also be down to eating better. I'm unsure of the health benefits of green tea, all I know really is about the antioxidants. It's all I drink as I totally went off milk in tea and coffee while pregnant with my son 6 years ago, and I've never gone back. I drink the Green Tea with Orange and Lotus Flower by Twinnings, it's yummy and so refreshing! xx

Yesterday I had a very naught day, I had burger, chips and chocolate later in the day, even with exercise I was over by 338 cals. I don't like to cheat myself xx

Recently I've been having a WW soup, salad and a WW wholemeal pitta or beans on toast or tuna in WW wholemeal pittas. I do find lunches the hardest! xx
