30 Day Shred - Exercise Tracker

Hi
I've been doing the 30 Day Shred, I'm on day 7. I'm trying to track the exercise on here, but no idea how to gauge it.
I've included strength, abs and cardio but it's only amounting to around 200 cals, I'm sure I burn more than that doing the Shred.
If you are doing, or have done the 30 Day Shred, how do you track it and does anyone know approximately how many calories you burn doing it??

No, 200 cals per workout is about right. I'm doing 30DS too and I burn about the same. Sucks, huh? When you get to Level 2 you should burn a little more, though for me it was only 50 cals more.
ETA: But keep in mind you are only working out for 20 minutes. 10 calories a minutes is actually a really good burn.0 -
