30 Day Shred - Exercise Tracker
Hi I've been doing the 30 Day Shred, I'm on day 7. I'm trying to track the exercise on here, but no idea how to gauge it. I've included strength, abs and cardio but it's only amounting to around 200 cals, I'm sure I burn more than that doing the Shred. If you are doing, or have done the 30 Day Shred, how do you track it…

Snacking hell!!
Hey!! My biggest problem with food is snacks, I often reach for a peanut butter sandwich or something chocolatey! I have been better lately while dieting, I'm loving an apple cut up with a little peanut butter on that instead, but that could get dull after a while!! What snacks do you rely on?? Emma xx

A new girl!
Hi, I'm Emma. 30 year old mum of two. I am new to MFP and trying to work my way around it! I have 2st to lose, so for the last few days I have been eating more sensibly and today I started the 30 Day Shred. I'd love to get chatting to other dieters for tips, motivation etc. :blushing: xxx
