Joining this a bit late as well. But I've been dieting and I actually happened to have weighed myself on June 1st so that seems sufficient enough. My current goal weight is 110. But I might go just a little lower, but I feel like I'd be satisfied at 110 so I'll stick with that weight for now.

I recovered from mainly anorexia with bulimic tendencys, so I'm on the same boat. I'm still quite a bit obsessed with weight, and what I have gained over time. But checking the scale daily isn't a good idea. I don't know if I can go monthly, but I'll try my best to go weekly. I really want to stop obsessing over my weight…

I'm currently in this situation.. :( I went from 108lb to 79lb and then after recovering I became 124! I just want to lose weight I put on the right way through eating healthy, and exercise.
