What about some nuts? Walnuts, almonds, raw peanuts all are easily portable. If you can stop by a grocery store, you could pick up some greek yogurt and fruit.

We'll be watching the game. We'll have veggies and hummus (or pb for everyone else) red quinoa and flax seed chips and salsa, Shiner Bock, homemade tomato and basil focaccia. EDIT - lil smokies in whiskey bbq sauce.

Watching the game. We're huge football fans. Even my 4 and 1 year old love watching football. Probably get some stuff done around the house too. And go for a walk now that the weather is nice again.

I've gone through a similar experience lately. It got COLD, the salads I had been eating for lunch didn't sound good, etc, etc. So I took a few days off. There were a few things I learned: you can have a bad day and get back up and do the right thing the next day, and it's not really worth it. I felt horrible, my mouth…

I have the same thing happen to me when I'm barefoot. I use my wii fit plus for exercise, so it doesn't make sense to keep taking off my shoes as I change to activities that need the wii fit board.

I'm really trying to eat more. I guess I'll have to be more purposeful about it. I lost most of those 4lbs right at first, when I cut out a lot of the junk, so I'm sure it's just water weight.
