I'm going out tonight for a friend's birthday. I've already worked out a ton, and will probably have a piece of fruit for a snack this afternoon. We're going to TX land and cattle. I've posted a link to their menu, what would you get? (I have 1200 calories for the rest of the day).

I know enough to stay away from the fried things, and the huge steaks.

    anyone?
  • The 6 oz grilled chicken and shrimp didn't look too bad. Then add some veggies as a side. Have fun, if you go over a little one day it's not a huge deal. Just don't get off track tomorrow. Don't worry about it, have fun:)
  • I would probably get the chicken tostada salad, minus the tortilla strips, or maybe the margarita chicken.
  • Oh and the grilled chicken and shrimp sounds good too.

I ended up with the artichoke dip and soup. I couldn't find the whole first page of the menu when I got there.
