  • Somehow my numbers didn't get in. Oh well.
  • Going to be a good weekend provided I can get rid of this head cold I now have. It's not going to stop me from working out though. Just may make it a little harder to breathe. Should get in my normal 4.5+ miles and a Strongtober challenge to do today.
  • Not sure if the scale will move this week. Don't feel like much is changed and things seem to be slowing down. Still walking hard every day though.

  • Extremely busy day but I ran a 5k in 31:37 and capped it off another almost two miles. Total workout was 57 minutes. Eating was way under my calorie allowance but I wasn't really hungry. Part of it was I was so busy with stuff I had to do today. I'll be just as busy tomorrow but my plan is to eat a healthy lunch.
  • Stayed well under my calorie goal yesterday. Three workouts in. Today will be two workouts. Not sure if I'll weigh in tomorrow as I'm not in the area and the location I'm at doesn't have a scale much less a gym. I should be able to get my weigh in on Friday when I return.

  • Yesterday was a struggle. Felt like I had no energy. I did stay under my calorie balance and I managed to get my workouts in but I was seriously drained. We'll see how today goes. Same plan except hopefully I can get outside to walk today versus treadmill.

  • Started my day with T25 Lower Focus. Not too bad but felt good. Staying within my calorie range and should be doing two more workouts tonight. My normal 4.5 mile walk with a short 20 min HIIT. Nothing like mountain climbers/burpees....two of my most hated exercises! Happy Friday everyone!

  • Another great day of exercise and caloric intake. Today is my "25th" birthday and it may sound weird but glad that I can't do the birthday cake and ice cream thing. Even better my office mates can't give me cakes and ice cream. T25 Total Body Circuit is done. Great way to start my birthday off!!!!

  • Did just over four and half miles walking yesterday. Bumped up my BPM by one and it seemed good. Eating was ok. I think I can do better but at least it was all good eating. Today's goal is to continue to monitor eating and unfortunately bad weather is rolling in so it will be the treadmille today. Enjoy your day!
