Back in the aerobic 80s, I had a runner friend who teased me about doing aerobics, so I invited him to class. He collapsed halfway through and never teased me again.

kinda what we're here for... there's a mobile app even. No excuses! I even carry a small food log with me in case I can't get to the phone app.

It's just never been the same since we killed off most of the larger predators. Nothing to run from anymore... Bring back the sabre tooth tigers.

Not as heavy as some of you, but bulky, no.

Only thing I'm able to consistently stay off is wheat, which I'm really glad of since it makes my arthritis flare up. I really need to limit my sugar more though.

Not eating enough and depriving your body of what it needs and what you want to eat is going to make you feel deprived and when you binge you'll eat more, and that excess will turn to fat. Not eating enough and working out is going to slow your metabolism and cost you lean muscle mass. Muscle is more available to the body…

Hey, who says nerdy girls aren't attractive? ;^)

I like my jeans tight to remind me to keep going! Haven't dropped enough this round to shed clothes but am buying new ones in smaller sizes. When I get enough in the new size I dump the old ones.

I used to have neck issues and back issues and started with yoga and pilates. Strengthen the core and everything else will follow. Now I do strength training with a trainer and Bar Method for core and cardio.

36 to a 34, same cup size, the waist is an inch smaller too. But these hips, these darn hips, are not going anywhere. That's bone....

I would recommend working elsewhere.

I prefer "Rubenesque".

Bar Method! And squats. Lots of squats.

cardio. There's one for Mixed level that lists as 390 calories, which seems about right, and one for Level 2 at 485. So that's what I used. Yes, there's strength training elements as well, but since I use MFP mainly to log calories the cardio is the important part really since it's all that affects calories. You can always…

Just get off the treadmill and lift some weights now and then, or get on the floor and do some pushups. You probably won't even need to diet then, and you'll look better to boot!

I would stick to the natural supplements. Vitamin D helps trim waist fat, Caffeine, choline and carnitine can help boost your workout. This site is pretty good for getting an idea of what has been shown to work in studies and it evaluates current studies: http://suppversity.blogspot.com/ Or just try mixing up high and low…

Smoking. Nothing worse than seeing your dad die from lung cancer at 65, believe me.

You can get a great workout with just body weight. Yoga, pilates, bar classes, calisthenics, etc. I think I get in the best shape from the pushups alone! I do strength training as well and if you work with a good trainer, they can help with your back issues.

Every other day sulfate-free shampoo, good conditioner, put it back in a tail for workouts.

Eat your protein and veggies first, log everything, and then portion control the snacks. Fill up on good food first and you probably won't want much junk anyway. I keep dark chocolate and nuts around for snacks-- very satisfying and it doesn't take much to feel decadent and full.

Exercise is a terrific fat burner...

Heh. No. I had 2 c-sections over 20 years ago. Yes, it does fade a bit, but I've often considered plastic surgery for the pooch. Really though, nobody sees it and nobody cares all that much.

You're 21? Go dancing. ;^)

Love mine, love being stronger at 54 than I've ever been.

Your abs look fine. A woman won't show a six pack as easily as a man since we carry more fat there and it's just part of how we're built. You have the side dents going on and if you want a lot more definition you would have to do a cut, which is not good for anyone long-term, or really for anyone who isn't doing…

Use egg protein mixes. ;) Jay Robb or MRM taste great.
