Yummy plain. Just get the right brand. I like Humboldt Creamery. Grass fed, organic, nice and sweet.

Something's gotta kill you. Running, crossfit, obesity, whatever. Pick your poison. ;^)

A pound a week is great. Stay with it. You'll see results and you'll lose slowly enough that it will stay off. This way is the end to yoyo dieting and will train you to maintain, too.

You're not gonna get "ripped" unless you cut your body fat percentage pretty low and shed a lot of water weight. There are special cutting diets those women do to look that way. You WANT muscles, though. Muscles are what will burn your fat and make you look great.

Work with a trainer. It's worth it for the great results!

I stalled out this month too. Hang in there. Change is slow sometimes...

Work 'em in. If they fit in your macros why feel deprived? Control your portion sizes instead -- grab some smaller plates, bowls, ramekins, etc. Cut those donuts in halves or quarters. Log everything. As long as you know what you're eating and WHY, it's ok. Make your meals nutritious and protein and veggie full, let your…

LIFT. Do some strength training and put on some muscle. Makes you leaner, stronger, burns calories and helps keep you from gaining it back!

Ate what I wanted and didn't worry about it. Didn't lose, but didn't gain either. Back to diet...

Usually while I'm eating. Helps increase my awareness.

DO strength training. Be aware of what you eat. That's about it...

Eat what you want. Stay within your macros or just look at your weeklies. What's the problem?

One thing I am sure will NEVER happen. In years of working out, it just gets rounder and firmer.

Trainers make all the difference. They can work with you at your level and push you to gradually increase. And you don't get hurt, which is a huge win. ;^)

Read "Wheat Belly" by Dr. William Davis. I keep wheat out of my diet most of the time. When I don't the arthritis and inflammation flares up. Worth a read.

Make sure you aren't leaning too far forward. Do them on your knees until you get form down. Or do them against a counter or bar if that helps. Or use the push up…

Workout with a professional trainer at a gym. 3 years now and I'm still lifting and learning and stronger at 54 than I've ever been.

This is why we go out for ice cream. Or better yet, go get a frozen yogurt.

Pick up a copy of the South Beach Diet cookbook. Plenty of great recipes. We used to make the "breakfast muffins" or fritatas that you could make with just egg whites if you don't want the yolks.

Obviously she needs more dark chocolate. You should bring her some. ;^) In fact, bring us ALL dark chocolate!

You can hide people from your newsfeed, you know. Or change their settings to "Only Important".

scrambled, baby. or omelettes.

Throw your trigger foods out of the house. ;^) If I want ice cream, I have to go out and get it. And then I go to the frozen yogurt place instead. Or eat what you want, but stay within your goal limit. Write down everything when you eat it, and that will let your head know where you're at. There's a phone app, so no…

I like New Balance yoga pants the best. (Aneka) They fit really nicely with lots of stretch for working out hard. Their tops are nice too. Also like Prana tops. Love Avani tops but they are hard to find.
