  • you could make a veggie based stir-fry with it using low calorie cooking spray or margarine. my suggestion would be to fry up asparagus, carrot and broccoli with the salmon, add pepper, chilli powder and a few squirts of fresh lemon.

  • I think it would be best to aim for 1200- 1400 calories. Despite not exercising, people do burn calories even laying in bed all day, and I am am assuming you are doing more than that. Eat enough that you do not find yourself dizzy and faint, but don't eat enough that you are bloated from fullness.
