I usually avoid eating anything extra to relax rather I go for a walk...Once full circle of my office is 1.5km so I take one round and then go for presentation/call whatever. This helps me a lot.

I use Runtastic from last 4 months and it is good. Either hold your phone in your hand or in a holder that will help your phone to receive proper GPS signal.

I've just started my weight loss trip, let see how it goes. I am a daily Yoga practiioner. I've started brisk walking in night for 35 min and started taking homemade Salad in night time. Other than this my daily routine is as usual no big change. I'll record my progress after 1 month.
