how to increase timing?
Hey Guys, I am 81Kg now after shedding 5kgs. I started running 2 months before and could not even run 100 meter but now I can run 3 minute and almost 600 meters at a stretch and then I've to take walking break.....I got stuck at this from past 2 weeks. Any suggestions to increase time and distance???

Best Andriod App for Tracking
What is the best andriod app for tracking running/jogging/walking and give me the acurate cal burned and acurate distance as well. I am using runkeeper and runtastic but really doubt if they are acurate.

What irritates you much?
I feel irritated when someone sees me sometime and says " You look bit fatty this time", though I am loosing weight. What about you guys?
