Since muscle is more dense, it adds to your weight. If you want real results, can you reduce your caloric intake a bit along with no more than a 1/2 teaspoon of low sodium salt per day should do the trick.

Try Morton's Lite Salt if you must have some. It's far less sodium. Remember to write the date on your salt box when you open it. Everyone's rate of loss varies. If I eat 1200 calories per day, I do not loose weight. Of course, I do eat out a lot which contributes more sodium than I prefer. When I pay attention to the sodium and make sure to drink at least 64 oz. of H2O, the weight rolls off.
