I am on IP and have lost over 30 lbs on it. I am actually becoming a coach!

Yeah its just that a lot of the foods that you think are good quality or marked "protein bar" are loaded with hidden sugars and sugar alcohols. That is what I am nervous about!!

I never got a notification that you responded to my post! Still learning I guess... That is awesome!! Congrats on your weight loss! I am a gym rat so I am hoping I wont gain back! I started at 212 and the lowest I have gotten to is 177! My goal is 145 but I am 5'8" and my coach thinks 155-160 is a better weight for me.…

THANK YOU! I am so emailing these to myself! I am not a fan of anything processed, always looking for high protein grab and go options!

Ya I'd up your protein and veggies and cut sugar/carbs/fat. All of those things should help. The Ideal Protein diet can also help you loose weight when stuck but it's an investment.

I love to run too! I am up to 3-3.2 miles @ 6.0 mph 4 days/week and aiming for 5! Yay for runners! I want to do a half marathon in May!

I have ditched alcohol, sugar, and anything with white flour. Up'd my protein intake and vegetables and have dropped 40+ lbs in 4 months. Good luck!

Nature Valley just came out with a chocolate peanut butter protein bar. Just picked some up at Target on sale, 10 in the box! You sound like you need something like this to hold you over! Good luck!
