Not really with the meals. Usually small items like an apple with peanut butter and yoghurt. I rarely cook meals anymore or plan ahead. I feel like I'm becoming desperate as well. I've even Gone as far as juicing diet that I know is not going to help me.

I still.keep getting that my time, zone, etc. Is still wrong when I try to sync the 2 apps. I'm not clear on the OAUTH 2.0. Is it something I need to do or the app itself?

I noticed the battery life went down after the last update. Not sure if I'm on all day sync. I can't find that setting. I do have it set to turn on clock with wrist flick. But that's been in for a long while with no issues.

Seems like I hit a sour note regarding protein powders????. I don't know too much about them, that's why I asked. 2-3 weeks is how long I've been taking it.

I have added heavy weight training. I really started to look at my macros and try to hit them, and protein was pretty low for me. Added Greek yogurt, some fiber one bars with protein ad still wasn't there so I added the powder. My intake of water is the same, but I can increase it. I have been working out for over a year.…

I use the cup measurement if there in no other option, as in measured in grams, but i make sure a cup is what is is in grams for instance.

Everything is weighed. The granola is no name brand, weighed, and as I can't bring a scale to a Chinese buffet, I don't want to look crazy,!!! I do have to guess at those. I don't do that everyday. But yes, I'm a lil OCD on my scaling.

My exercise included jillian Michael body revolution, I'd do the cardio and weight training. And then 6-8 mile bike rides in summer. I have now switched to P90X3. So it's best to get to how much weight you want to lose, but still do weight training, and when I'm there, no cardio, just the weight training? And no calorie deficit? Kinda new to weight training, I've been focusing on weightloss for the past year and two months, and still have some to shed.
