Thanks, yes I do I even check packaging myself and weigh and divide up how many calories (if needed) myself so I can be accurate maybe I just need to be more patient..... thanks for your help though : )

Hi, Im 5ft1 and half and 10.9 stone! I literally log everything that goes in my mouth and walk around 20 mins plus each day- along with other steps I generally average between 5-7000 steps per day and eat back my exercuse calories, my basic calories to eat before exercise is 1325.

I have a bupa health assessment in March, it does a check on my bmr so hopefully I will know from that what I should eat in calories to lose weight, im just impatient...very impatient I did lose weight on the rosemary conley diet once which was 1200 a day but that was the only diet that ever worked for me..although only…

Hahaha no I have to learn self control!! I did better today I had a banana with fat free natural yogurt and a tablespoon of honey seems to have worked so far as I havent stolen a kitkat! :)

Only thing is I crave cereal in the mornings and im also on limited time getting myself and kids ready and dropping them to preschool and school then driving to work I just dont have time to cook either x

True I did start the 90 day sss plan before Xmas and git 3 weeks in doing well..then Christmas came and I f'ed up I was so close to completing cycle one but I didnt...annoyed with myself

Thanks for the advice I know I need to do weigh stuff etc but with work and 4 children ive become lazy with doing stuff like that and reching for whatever is easy.. And sweet!!

I havent filled it in properly but today for instance I had bran flakes for breakfast, Apple for snack a small wholemeal philadelphia light and Marmite sandwich..when I got hom I had 3 digestives 2 cookies 2 kitkats and a pack of crisps :( nightmare

ive got this far I just hoped for a 2 pound weight loss per week I guess, didnt realise how hard it was! Doesnt help I have 4 kids to tend to as well!... Knackered!

Only breakfast I weight usually..but things like chicken stroganoff made for two with two chicken breasts, mushrooms, and weight watchers creme fraiche and philadelphia lightest surely cant be that much more calories? Yes maybe... I do my exercise bike for 1 hour it calculates the miles I do as well its averaging 17mph but saying ive burned 900 and something which cant be accurate, and if it is why dont I lose weight quicker? Im 35 so its not as easy as it was when I was in my 20s but soooo frustrating

Yes weighing cereal and milk which is max 200 cals and then banana and yogurt and then a big dinner but i dont weigh that but it is low fat less than 5g fat per 100g

Thing is im short 5ft2 so its harder for me to lose weight
