Hi there,
Can anyone tell me if I can use the calories that I have had remaining across this week (amounting 994 over this week due to exercise) to eat extra this weekend?
Thanks

I would!
I mean, depending on how long you've been at this, you'll figure out how accurate your logging is and how close you're getting on your exercise calories. It's a matter of long-term results matched with your particular habits in logging. I always ate all the estimated exercise calories. Some people find it's best to leave a few. Pick a side, track for a while and see. It's what we all have to do.3 -

I try not to. But that's me.
Calories earned during exercise aren't always accurate.

Well, we know that exercise is burning *some* calories. I think we can have legitimate discussions about the best way to estimate calories burnt during exercise and the important of paying attention to long-term trends to see if we need to adjust our estimates accordingly. But assuming we burn zero calories during exercise is the one estimate that is guaranteed to be incorrect.2
