I'm on my 2nd week of Turbo Jam! No stopping me this time!!!!!!! :drinker: also, yesterday i went to work first time since i started doing TJ... n every single person there said i had lost weight..everyone was coming up to me and saying that i look much thinner even though on scale i'm just the same! :smile:

Yes well... I'm mainly focusing on Turbo jam... i try to do it every day n never miss it..since i LOVE it a lot!!!!! I usually do that in the morning.... Its my second week..... I do use weights but they're just 1kg each... i'm thinking of getting a little heavier ones soon! and in the evening i recently started doing slim…

I know there does a come a time always... buut you constantly have to remind yourself... that even if you're not seeing a change its better to know you are doing something about it, you're working hard... atleast its better than sitting on couch whole day!!! :) And sometimes its hard for us to see the changes but others…
