i just get rid of everything tasty in the house cos now i have a taste for it, and then carry on like normal, as long as it only happens once it all works itself out :-)

not starbucks, but a caramelatte from Caffe Nero speciality menu. 427 calories, so dont do it very often, but worth every calorie when i do!

Debenhams own-make sports bras - im a 36f in them (36ff usually, but one size down keeps em a bit more controlled!!) and they are almost always on sale, around sixteen pounds. Gorgeous by Debenhams. In my opinion, they leave shock absorber and bravissimo in the dust!

Hey i have it. Its more fun than challenging, i use it when im feeling lazy! Its good for a giggle. To put it in perspective for you, i did it for 70 mins earlier and my HRM said i burnt 371 calories. When i do aerobics, an hr burns over 600 calories. Its fun but i dont think its a hard workout :-)

Hey i used to eat all mine, even if it was over 1000. Then i plateaued and figured i was eating too many carbs. I tend to worry about my carbs morethan my cals now, and dont go over 200g per day. It worked for me

im a major chocaholic. i find that cadbury highlightes low-cal hot chocolate works very well for chocolate cravings :-)

hi, i have been on a plateau for over a month - last week i adjusted my carbs to 50% on MFP (they had been at 55% beforehand) and let the protein and fat adjust as they would. this week i lost over 2lb. it seems to be working for me, so far

Hi, ive been doing the same thing for a few weeks now, doesnt seem to be doing me any harm. Even when i input regular squash into the MFP database, the sugar and calorie counts are still virtually zero. Im going to keep adding squash, its better for me than 2L of tea and coffee!

can relate to all this - i used to be on a 1000 calorie per day diet and i would get weighed on Monday. Then i would go to the supermarket with £20 and spend all of it on junk.
