    lol...good one...maybe a sauna would be better...is like an oven for humans...:smile:

    I always feel like I'm slimmer after being in the sauna and pretend that it's fat and not water weight. :wink:

    Oh,love the Keto reference...so I would have lost 120 sticks of butter, but I also prefer to go with losing 6 bags of Sugar!!
