  • Try LARABAR... they are all natural energy bars... only made of dates, nuts, fruit, etc.
  • Yeah, you might change it just a bit... you don't want to go over 4 hours without eating. Breakfast at 8, lunch at 12, snack at 3 or 4, dinner at 6 or 7, and another snack before bed?
  • Yes, I usually have more motivation to GET THINGS DONE!! But I run run run around doing things, that I usually end up CRASHING about 2 hours after my work out and running around! :)
  • I think you're not alone! :) It is tough to balance both! But I find it easier to eat good after I work out. I like to eat breakfast, hit the treadmill, and then enjoy the rest of my day-- I find that I usually eat better after I've worked out b/c I don't want to "waste" the work out! :) But also remember that on your work…
  • @Katbass--- that was my reasoning... I'm a nurse... I know that I do a lot more than losing just my BMR daily. I'm quite active, which I did acknowledge on my settings. I selected "slightly active". I do a lot of house work, walking around at work, and errands... all of which contribute to more calorie loss... good, yes...…
