Eating "schedule" ???

So here is my situation, Generally I eat 3 meals and 2 snacks everyday. For the most part I eat breakfast at 8am, lunch at about 1130am, dinner around 5pm, snack about 8pm, snack about 11pm. I am up at 7am every day and I usually go to bed at about 1am. Should I stick with this schedule or would it be better to eat dinner later and have a snack in between lunch and dinner. I do find myself getting hungry sometimes between lunch and dinner, but I dont want to go to bed hungry at night. What are your thoughts?

    I'd push back lunch and dinner later in the day, and throw in one of your snacks between BF and lunch. So dinner would be your last meal of the day, let's say around 9ish, and that way you wouldn't be hungry b4 bedtime.

  • Yeah, you might change it just a bit... you don't want to go over 4 hours without eating. Breakfast at 8, lunch at 12, snack at 3 or 4, dinner at 6 or 7, and another snack before bed?
  • I forgot to mention I am a diabetic so that comes into play as well.
