The Empress on Whyte is cool! Super low key and they have a good people-watching patio. :) The Next Act Pub just off Whyte has fantastic burgers too.

I just discovered Pop Pilates and did the May 1st workout. I had to modify lots of the moves and couldn't do the broom workout (I live in an apartments and don't own a broom... only a small vacuum) so I did something else. I couldn't workout today because I was SO sore! Back at 'er tomorrow though!

You can always just ask for healthier options. I tend to end up at Moxies a fair bit with friends and get some kind of protein and double broccoli as the side.

I love yoga meltdown! I get a good sweat on just on level 1. I haven't even tried level 2 yet. I used my HRM for the first time today along with the Endomondo app but I forgot to start the timer on the workout and only tracked calories for the last 15 minutes. It came out at 165.

Hi! This is my first (3 minutes!) in this group and I'll be starting this workout up again tomorrow. I was doing it, but pulled something in my back and am finally feeling up to working out again. I also just got a heart rate monitor to track things properly! I'm excited that there are others who love these JM workouts too!
