I saw it first in my stomach and love handles, now my butt is disappearing! Guess I'll be doing squats, lunges and deadlifts to build it back up!

Clean up your diet, abs are 80% diet and 20% fitness so just eat clean and they'll show up eventually

Don't do it, not worth it. 1000 is too low there's no reason to eat that little, I suggest going back to your normal cal intake and just eat clean

I do 40/30/30 and it works for me, sometimes ill go over on fat or protein which is fine, but I try to keep my carbs on the lower end. I don't really eat and grains, I'll have a low carb wrap here and there but hardly any pasta, bread, rice or couscous unless its my cheat meal. Don't be afraid to ad more fat to your diet!

If you think you can do it yourself and get the form down, try bodybuilding.com. I get my workouts from them and there great and have a ton of different programs. If not I would suggest hiring a person trainer to get you started and show you the moves. Hope that helps!

I get like that after leg day, no matter when or what I eat, but never after upper body day..... weird....

I go for brut champagne, 20 cals an oz and most champagne flute hold 4oz, so drink 2 of those and your only at 160 cals! Drink a whole bottle (not recommended) and your looking at 1000 cals and a hangover :)

I find that if I consume foods with high sodium I bloat for a few days even with drinking tons of water to flush it out. Also even though I don't have a gluten intolerance or celiac disease I cut out all grains from my diet (for the most part) and that helped a lot! I find if I have a bun for my burger or some french…

Invest in a heart rate monitor, MFP tends to overestimate on calories burned, or just don't eat back your exercise cals and it wont make a difference if you know how much you burned or not

I wouldn't look at it as the last 10 lbs, but as a body fat %. At my starting weight, I only had those 10 lbs to lose since I wasnt too big to begin with. Im 5' 6" as well SW:145 CW: 132-130 GW: 120-125 I never got very big because I realized early on what was happening! But I carry all my weight in my butt and thighs

I'm losing inches and not so many pounds. When you workout, you build muscle which will in the end weigh more than fat but take up less space. That's my answer to the losing inches but not pounds

I RARELY workout and I'm losing weight. Very slowly though. When I do workout its something low impact like Pilates, I love the burn! But that's just whats working for me. Hope that helps!
