Moving my cleats back solved my problem! It wasn't the snugness of my shoes, it was too much pressure being put on the front of the ball of my foot, now the cleats are centered on the balls of my feet and feel much better!

I manually enter my calorie allotment based on the Scobby Calculator. I don't like what MFP gives you for goals, plus I feel like they WAY over estimate on calories burnt and I don't have a HRM to really find out what I'm burning. I would steal the bf's mountain bike since we're almost the same height, but he has a flat and hasn't fixed it yet! But very true,I do need another bike in case of such emergencies!

Ive tried using 3 different apps to try and get an accurate reading. I'll use strava, MFP and runkeeper. I've found that strava is the lowest, MFP in the middle and runkeeper gives me the highest burn. I always go with the lowest as to try to not to overestimate calories!

I never felt different after cutting gluten, but cutting carbs tuns me into a nasty little thing! I just make sure my carbs are complex and im good to go!

I eat whenever my body yells FEED ME! It ends up being around 1500, some times more, sometimes less. I'm kinda weaning away from cal counting so I don't make an obsession over it. I still log everything I eat, but I don't let the numbers dictate on how many cals I need in a day. I just listen to my body.

Im 5' 6" 134lbs size 6 US and almost happy. I would like to go down in body fat a little, the number on the scale doesn't bother me

Stop trying to lose the last pounds and go for inches lost instead. You'll probably see a your weight will stay the same but you'll see the inches come off. Thats how its working for me, I started at 138 got down to 129.5 and now i fluctuate around 134 but I measure myself once a month and ALWAYS see a loss! Hope that helps

You can try to RICE it: rest, ice, compression, elevation and see if that helps. Aleve helps me with any joint swelling, I take 2 twice a day until the swelling is gone. But if it gets bad go see your MD to make sure its not anything serious!

thats the thing, no squat rack and no spotters so its either the smith machine or dumbbell squats.I just feel like the smith machine "assists"me to much and don't have to use core muscles
