Way to go mama! You did it :)

People used to say this to me all the time when I was losing weight! It's SUPER annoying. I think it makes people uncomfortable to see someone get too successful! If you're not anorexic that screw that they say! They have no right to tell you what to do. Congratz on hitting one of your goals and go as far as you think you…

These were all SO awesome to see!

You look amazing! :)

I have the same issues when I eat gluten. I cut it out and lost 2 inches of bloat in less than a week. I also get migraines when I eat it. I personally would like to eventually avoid all grains because I don't want a toxic build up of those grains as well

This. And then look at what wheat is...a seed...what's a seed's purpose? To survive through the gestational tract of creatures so that it can be pooped out, grow, and carry out the survival of that species...if it's hard to digest how can it be good for your body?

By many, many I meant many people are finding themselves intolerant to it.

I think it's funny that people say that going gluten free is a fad...It's actually becoming a very real thing for MANY, MANY people. It's not that it's bad-it's that it's in nearly everything you eat...it's like saying-here is the same thing to eat every day...your body needs a variety and it gets just a few things because…

Oh my gosh! I just checked back in on this and found all these posts! I abandoned the thread after a couple of days. I restarted NROLFW if anyone wants to join me feel free to add me!

Yes quest bars are gluten free

It's wrong of your friend to pressure or make you feel bad because you choose to eat meat. Part of the problem could be that she is just so passionate about it because it changed her life that she wants others to share the passion she has. She may not be intentionally being rude but it definitely is rude.

You don't really need to eat any extra calories while pregnant anyways. It's when you're breastfeeding that you're eating for two.
-
HECK YEAH :D

A food scale will help tremendously! Also, if you're lifting you may need to eat more like 1800 calories a day.

This is a really cool and inspiring thread :)

I'm definitely driven by hitting goals and mini goals. It just helps me see the big picture. I'm not saying the goal is set and stone and I'll be upset if I don't hit it. I will be happy when I feel happy with what I see not a number.

The only problem with body fat % is it's sooooo hard to get an accurate measurement. I would LOVE it if I could get one all the time but idk if it's worth the money.

I'm 39" most days and I am a size 12. I was a size 4 when I got pregnant. I can't remember if I was a 32" STOMACH (not waist) pregnancy. I guess I'll just make my ultimate goal a size 4 jean and if I have to adjust when I get closer of course I will :)
-
Ultimately this is my goal too. But I believe in tangible, measurable goals to work towards. Just leads to more follow through with me if I have something to say YES THAT'S IT!
-
Lmao ladies! It depends on the size of the girl...and I'm NOT looking to be a skeleton. I'm looking to be healthy.
-
So my pre-pregnancy pant size would be a good goal then?
-
Lmao zombri!
-
Great work! That's so awesome of you! You'll get where you want to be; I just know it :)
-
Yup. Mine does every time. I recently started feeding it to my 10 month old...her too!

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Snap off ends of asparagus, chop up lots of fresh garlic, pour olive oil over it, and then salt and make sure they're mixed up well before I bake them until they're crispy on the ends...omg...it's like eating the best french fry EVER! If you don't like crispy you can cook them less. They're…
