hey thanks. See the thing is MFP already has put me on a caloric deficit plan (like everybody else I assume). So say I burnt 800 calories and have been allotted 1350 calories to eat daily. So if I eat back even 700 calories (from my exercise) and eat my daily 1350 I should still be at a caloric deficit (plus with 100…

I meant, if he was craving one really bad..would he eat it if it wasnt frozen at that point? and yeah..basking robbins now has this 31 below snickers ice cream..pretty good.

Why doesnt the doc tell u to eat after 6? did he give any reasons?

Yeah I will have it mostly if it fits my daily schedule. And that too once in a while..maybe once every 2 weeks or so.

thats crazy..that would mean the person would have to sleep with the strap on then.. it would be interesting to see if a person burns more calories if theyre tired...or days where youve burnt more vs days less (while asleep)..interesting topic to research.
