Hi! So I burned 800 calories today. And I have 300 calories left (from my 1350 calories total+exercise calories). How accurate is the Endomondo calories counter?
Hi, So I use the app endomondo to count how many calories I burned during cardio. I recently put in my stats (height, weight etc) and feel like I get a tad bit higher numbers from before putting in my stats. Aynbody with any experience on its accuracy? thanks

Can I eat Snickers even if it fits my calories?
Is it ok to eat snickers if it fits your daily calorie allowance? Or is that going to *slow down* your weight loss (even thou it fits the allotted daily calories). Im asking because I know its not HEALTHY, but I can have it and not go over my calories. Thoughts? Opinions?

How bad is it to go over the calories 1-2/week

a healthy source or not? Say you have 300 calories left, and instead of eating something healthy you decide to eat a slice of pizza (it fits perfectly within that 300 calorie limit)...will it be bad for the body and weight loss?

Last 10 lbs
I am on my last 11 pounds to lose (thank God) and this is the plan that I had in mind. for the first 6 I will use TDEE-20% Last 5 I will use TDEE-5% and then eat at maintenance. How do you folks rate this plan?
