Can a body tell if the calories are from......

a healthy source or not?

Say you have 300 calories left, and instead of eating something healthy you decide to eat a slice of pizza (it fits perfectly within that 300 calorie limit)...will it be bad for the body and weight loss?

  • Not really, no.

If, over a long period of time, you're not eating a varied diet, or you're only eating things deficient in vitamins and minerals, or you're not balancing carbs/protein/fats appropriately, then yes. But a pizza now and then? Enjoy it. :)
