From 100-300 calories over limit 1-2/week.
How bad will it damage the weight loss? (in my case the calorie deficit on 2lb/week)

There are 3500 calories in a pound of fat, so if you go over your goal by 300 calories, twice a week, that will reduce your weekly loss by 600/3500 = 0.17 lbs., or 2.75 oz.
Note that 2 lbs./week is an estimate. Your real results may vary, depending on metabolism and other factors.0 -
The easy way to figure it is... to lose 1lb of weight per week you need a deficit of 500 calories per day. 2lbs/week is 1000 calories deficit a day.
If you eat 600 extra calories you might come in just shy of 2lbs but it'll still be close. If you're having trouble with the amount of food you can eat, i suggest you change to 1lb per week. If you can't stick with something long term you're not going to have good success.0 -
