How bad is it to go over the calories 1-2/week

From 100-300 calories over limit 1-2/week.

How bad will it damage the weight loss? (in my case the calorie deficit on 2lb/week)

There are 3500 calories in a pound of fat, so if you go over your goal by 300 calories, twice a week, that will reduce your weekly loss by 600/3500 = 0.17 lbs., or 2.75 oz.

Note that 2 lbs./week is an estimate. Your real results may vary, depending on metabolism and other factors.

The easy way to figure it is... to lose 1lb of weight per week you need a deficit of 500 calories per day. 2lbs/week is 1000 calories deficit a day.

If you eat 600 extra calories you might come in just shy of 2lbs but it'll still be close. If you're having trouble with the amount of food you can eat, i suggest you change to 1lb per week. If you can't stick with something long term you're not going to have good success.
