One note, about the discrepancies, they are close to what the totals are. I guess we or I should be more diligent when entering data to the food base.

Wraps make the sandwich jealous lol. First week weigh in, 198 lbs, previous 200 lbs, did get the unexpected two lb weight loss. Happy about the 2 lbs after a Friday night out. I guess Saturday and Sunday of healthy eating offset the Friday night out. Good luck to all in the challenge and hope all reach their goal.

Here is one that is quick and very easy to make. Turkey burgers, mix in a couple of egg whites, some bread crumbs and then some salsa. Mix thoroughly and grill. Makes a delicious burger and no need to add any condiments, the salsa gives the burger a zesty bite. Enjoy.
