I personally add only plain water and I do about 48 ounces per day. It is harder for me on the weekends, but I am striving to get better. I always feel better when I drink plenty of water! Good luck!

Yes, be sure to eat your exercise calories, I noticed it really works for me. It is just a one day at a time process sweetie, the weight will come off if you stay consistent and disciplined. Don't get discouraged, the scale stalls for all of us from time to time, just keep moving and eating your calories.

I have one egg and two strips of bacon 5 days a week. I feel fuller as well and I am enjoying it!! Keep up the great work!

You are doing wonderful so be proud of yourself and do not feel guilty! Just keep moving forward and do not worry about going over a few calries extra, I have done it myself and just kept moving on - one day at a time. Keep your goal in site, and remember it is a marathon, not a sprint. Keep up your great work!
