32 carbs is probably not enough to bump you out of Ketosis. I mean it varies from person to person but I doubt it did any damage to you.

Yea it'll knock you out of ketosis, thats the purpose. Its like a reboot. Weight lifters use it to get shredded and dieters use them to help break stalls. I agree with you, refeeds probably arent a good idea for diabetic ketoers because it is a sugar swing

You lose water weight first on any diet. You gain weight back on any diet when you go off of it. Its not a keto/atkins thing

Just started exercising this week. I walk daily for as long as i can (which isn't much yet haha) then I'll do some bodyweight squats and butterfly kicks

So far its Keto pizza, I'm sure I'll get more adventurous as the months go on (only on week 5)

Most places you can get a good steak, just ask for a veggie substitute on the side.in place of the starch. Ask them to "load down" the veggies like they do the baked potatoes (cheese,cream cheese, bacon bits) so you don't feel like you're missing out
