I started using Palmers tummy butter since my second child. I don't use it as religiously as I should but I have seen a big difference to before pregnancy (I've had 3 kids). I really don't know about exercises... ...and I use it on more than my tummy :)

I love triscuts too! I just munched on a few rosemary and olive oil. The salt taste is surprising and they taste good without being topped. I find if I eat all six that are in the serving size its almost too much so I just eat three.

I love chopped tomatoes with mine. Or some shelled sunflower seeds (like on the salad bar) with a couple crushed club crackers. LOVE cottage cheese :) *forgot to add the kraft simply cottage cheese I didn't like as much. Different taste. But you may prefer it, to each his own I just wanted you to know it is a bit different.
