Generally, affectionately. BUT there's nothing hotter than spontaneous and forceful. There's a difference between your partner wanting you and then there's needing you.

Trying to upload a pic and it's being dumb...

I use Garnier sleek and smooth leave-in, scrunch it in. Then either pantiene mousse or biotera styling gel, scrunch with a t-shirt and leave to air dry. After it's dry I flip my hair over and gently scrunch for volume. My hair is spiral curly, about 7" past my chin and I live in Kansas. It isn't Florida but we have some…

I confess I found this thread highly entertaining! I also never log any of the jolly ranchers I have at work :|

Today I weighed in and have not gained! Lol I recently got off some medication and was certain I'd start gaining almost immediately but have kept off what I've shed so far. Need to work on getting more cardio.

I am so thankful for my husband. I can't imagine a more patient positive person. Love him to pieces!

Today I got to watch my girls do their little dance routine at a home basketball game. Time flies so fast...and so do they I only got a couple shots of them before they took off for their popcorn treat

Chilly day here as well, high of 32 F but breezy. At work I climbed the stairs instead of using the lift to put away inventory (I work at a parts manufacturing company) which meant three trips up and down, carrying around 15-20 lbs each time. Got the blood flowing for sure!

Today my accomplishment was not sitting on the couch at all until this evening. Usually spend Sundays just hanging out when we're home so I feel pretty good about getting some things done today.

Thankful for warmer weather today and an added boost of motivation to finish some household projects. Cleaned out my three daughters' closets and dressers, passed hand-me-downs around and got rid of two kitchen sized trash bags of clothes. Anybody else's kids growing like weeds?!

I can understand your frustration. The best I can offer is just say, "I appreciate your concern for my health but I honestly don't understand how I could be too thin. But, you know, I respect your opinion and I hope you can respect mine enough to agree to disagree and let the subject drop."

I got married last June, a lot heavier than I wanted to be. I've lost 20 lbs but have at least another 30 to go. Hubby (still smile calling him that ) got me a vivofit for Christmas and it's great at helping me keep moving. MFP is awesome for accountability, good luck and congrats!

I started in September at 209. I was in disbelief I weighed that much at my doctors appointment. My heaviest was 217, and I'll be damned if I get back up there again. Now I'm just under 190, going at it 5 lbs at a time. Any loss is a victory because that means what you're doing is working. When you can see a difference…

Today I made an exercise goal and a definitive weight loss goal (before I found this group  ). I have a doctors appointment next week and I'm working towards being in the mid to low 180's when I get weighed. Also I got my coffee pot ready for tomorrow so I won't be tempted to stop and buy junk in the morning.

Almost late to the party! Lol I'm Kristi, mom of 4, recently remarried. Been on and off of MFP, started back on again in September. I'm going to be 30 this year and while I won't make my goal by my birthday as I'd hoped I can certainly shoot for 10 lbs in a month!

Hello from northwest Kansas! This place is great, a lot of great friends and motivators. I've hit a wall recently but not gaining so that's a plus. Good luck on your "Journey" (hahaha see what I did there) and feel free to send a request. :)

Lol that's funny stuff right there My eyes and hair on a good day.

Fiber one 90 calorie brownies. Side note, I did a comparison between a fun size snickers and the above mentioned bar. Believe it or not the snickers had less calories and a couple other things (I did this over a month ago forgive me) and was higher in fat by 1g and sugar as well if memory serves. My point is you don't have…

Lol I drink beer when it fits in my day. Or like a few weeks ago when I went to a dance, danced my hiney off and had like 5. The whole point is to be healthy and anything in moderation will be ok :)

I've went through the other posts and sent a couple requests but thought I'd post too :) 26 (27 next week) 5'6" SW: 210 CW: 193 GW: 155 May decide to go lower but would be thrilled just to be in the 150's again. I'm trying to do short term goals to keep me focused. Currently working towards the low 180's upper 170's by…

I'm 26 (27 next week) 5'6" 193lbs My heaviest was last spring 220. Got a new job lost some, gained some back. Found MFP and lost 17 so far! Love this place! Dairy is open, don't always eat great but all friends welcome to look :) hoping to get down to 155 eventually and my short term goal is the 180s in the next two months.

I sure hope so! Its been 4 years since my last baby. I am hoping that with some cardio to burn the fat and strength training to build the muscle I can get my tummy whipped into shape. It will be interesting since I've never been that big on upper or core strength training but my thought is once I start actually building…
