I have only gained back3 pounds but I already feel terrible and fat. I am trying to find the motivation to start working out again and eating right. My first step in coming back to MFP. And I'm hoping that will help me begin my journey again.

I am on day 18 but I missed 5 days here and there so I am going to work for 35 days to make it up. I don't think my results are going to be anywhere close to you guys. It makes me feel like I'm doing something wrong :( You all look great by the way. I'm going to keep pushing through and maybe just maybe all the changes…

Wow this is my third day of level 2 and I was so dreading level 3. Now I can't wait to get there. lol I started it 17 days ago but I have only done 12 days is it bad to take a day off every few days?

Sorry guys this is looking like it's not going to be a good week for me. I normally see a change in the scale by Friday and I haven't. We will see come Sunday if it decides to move for me.

My lower stomach is my problem area too I hope to see results maybe I will check out the 6 week 6 pack and see what it's all about.

I also started a new video this week so I guess I get a point for the exercise challenge and I don't know maybe I can get a point for those wings and turn it in to a not so bad thing. lol

I ate chicken wings last night even though I knew I shouldn't have. I wish my husband was on this journey with me then the temptation would not be so high. I wasn't even hungry but I had 5 anyway. My weigh in for today is 132.4

I just started the 30 day shred today is day 4 and I use 3lbs weights. If you use anything high then that you all rock. I have a hard time with the one where you have to lunge to the side and bring the weights up to you eye level. Wow good going everyone.

I cheat almost every weekend. I can't stand sitting next to my husband on the couch and he is eating an ice cream sandwich and I am not. lol Or chips or a chocolate bar or something very tasty. I will not go over my calories if I can help it but to me you can't just eat half of an ice cream sandwich.

I am down to 133.4 this week not bad. I did the colour food thing with 3 meals but that's all and 1 day strength training

I agree with going out and eating one. We all work hard and deserve to treat ourselves sometimes. Log it in and be good the rest of the week.

I have been measuring but it still doesn't seem like a lot not where I want it anyway lol. If the 30 day shred is easier then P90X I wonder if I should try something just as hard or harder? I'm trying to find something that will help get rid of that tummy a bit.

I know I can do the weight training but I think the coloured food will be a challenge for me.

Ya that's a good idea. I can't say I have ever had the problem all I know is that pregnancy can cause it.

Sorry I'm a bit late but Mother's Day got in the way a bit weight as of Sunday was 137.2

I forgot my start weight so I would like to join and my starting weight is 137.6 my goal is 125 but I think that might be pushing it so I am going to say 128.
