My 90 day Progress
Okay here we go! I said I would do this and I am. Although I don't feel like a success yet. I started my journey on March 1st 2011 weighing 150 lbs as of today the scale reads 133.8 lbs. Today's my Birthday
Today is my birthday and my goal for my birthday was to be 138 lbs. As of this morning the scale read 135.2 ya me! At the end of the week I will also be finished the P90X lean program and I will post before and after pictures for the first time. A bit scary but I told myself I would do it.

How long is your workout?
I am just being a bit curious, and was wondering when you work out how long do you do it for? I usually do 20 or 30 min on treadmill and then a 50 min video 5 or 6 days a week.

If you are eating 1200 calories a day should each meal be around 400 calories? Or should one meal be higher then the rest or does it matter at all?
