i have it too but i dont use protein shakes i just eat eggs, and chicken, etc to get my protein! good luck finding something that works for you!

i have lost 25.5 lbs in 70 days and i havent done much exercise. maybe a walk at 2.0-2.5 speed for 10-50 minutes, sometimes... i have a lot to lose and i wanted to get some off before i start my exercise regiment.... Good luck with your weight loss....

i have lost 26 lbs in a little over 60 days and all i follow is the caloire intake.... i pay no attention to the carbs,etc... usually my protein is over but i only watch the calories. i know some people do watch carbs but not me....

what I do is wear a pair of really tight leggins under my shorts. this stops them from ridning up on me.... i had to try several things till i found one that would work for me.

I love my george foreman grill! i cook on it almost everyday! chicken, fish, steak, hamburgers, anything you want... i just love seeing the grease dripping off and knowing that its not going in my body... bc before i would be eating a hamburger soaked in the grease dripping off it... yuk!!

you should only weigh urself once a week and it should be as soon as you wake up before you eat or drink anything. this is ur most accurate weight. I find myself doing the same thing as you. i always find myself weighing myself everyday knowing i shouldnt be but curiousity always wins with me. its like im addicted to…

I did the same as you! i did the BMI and it said i should be 130 and im 5'1'' so if that gives you a range to be in. id say anywhere between 130-145. but im not a medical physician so... maybe ask ur doctor?

ok so are u suppose to be eating ur exercise calories then? I am suppose to eat 1460 cals a day without exercise. I exercised today and burned 633 cals- so i should always have net being 1200 at least?

I have done the same thing. I just started like a week ago and i have lost 3lbs so far. you will do great I know it! Maybe we can help encourage each other to stay on the right path- the path of weight loss.

my skin did the same thing when i was preggo and after a while it went back to normal. it took like 6-12 months for it to go back bc u got to realize it took ur body 40 weeks to stretch out to that size so it will take that much time more or less to go back. hang in there and be patient. and if it doesnt go back its okay…

maybe you should try the 30 day jump start by the biggest loser. I do the program and my hips and outer thighs always burn bad! Maybe its just me though. Im not sure though, if you do find out one that works let me know
