Am going back to plain old primal. Whole30 is too restrictive for me, especially as my head is full of other stuff at the moment. Good efforts everyone else, keep on truckin' !

Day 7, yay! omelet, steak & veg today. Not hungry, but am tired.

Day 5. Another almost whole30 day. Eggs, nuts, fish, spinach. I am finding it hard to give up dairy :( , also mood low and craving chocolate, so think better to have that small amount of dairy than the whole 100g bar of 70% chocolate...

Day 4, almost whole30...succumbed to that evil chocolate ice cream lolly in a low moment. Anyhow, am getting there and that's all I care about.

Did really well until socializing. I think I will chalk this up to experience and remember not to have visitors when I am doing a whole30! Today's food was very wholesome - nuts, then beef mince and carrots, goodness I am unimaginative. Dinner downfall was a glass of red wine and blue cheese burger with brioche bun. Ate…

A half whole30 day for me: started off with eggs and the last of the cheese in an omelet. Am picking up some ghee for cooking tomorrow. Lunch and dinner was turkey stirfried in coconut oil with leeks. Lots of fruit tea since am off the dairy for this month. And am definitely off the booze - had quite enough over New Year!…
