August 9th: 4,878 steps. I didn't sleep well last night. Think the phentermine is keeping me up so today I did a simple home workout that combined strength and cardio. August 7th: Pretty uneventful rest day. 2,481 steps. Scale still not moving, didn't really self reflect today. However, I did lose 230 pounds of boyfriend who doesn't respect me at all. August 6: 4,971 steps. Under food goal. EXHAUSTED! Met with the personal trainer today and OH EM GEE! I think he might just kill me. Yep :) Saw the surgeon Monday and was cleared! I learned the hard way within the first two weeks after surgery that I would need to switch from keto to a low-fat diet. I just can't tolerate high fats anymore :( But I am learning!

My surgery was July 7th, so coming up on a month. I did have labs afterward with primary and she ran a whole panel. The only thing abnormal was my Vitamin D which she wrote me a prescription for. I am going to try this and only add partial exercise in and see if/how that works.

I prefer to plan ahead so that I don't tempt myself with other things that may not be consistent with my goals. If I know it is a special event or the menu is limited, I'll eat what I want, but limit how much I eat.
