  • Hey guys! I have been feeling kinda bummed the last couple days because I haven't seen my weight really budge so I HAVE to make myself get in the habit of not weighing myself everyday! I spoke to the coach and was like "Hey! You increased my calories and I am not losing weight! I am not convinced!" lol She talked me off…
  • Thanks everyone for the congratulations! I just wanted to do a quick check-in before bed! So far working with the health coach has been amazing and I am feeling AMAZING! Way more energy now that I am eating more for sure! Also, my performance in the gym is way better than it has EVER been! Today I worked a 12-hour shift at…
  • Today was the first day I practiced with the health coach. She gave me an amazing nutrition plan that I can adjust to meet my needs. I also had a pretty awesome workout this morning. Even though I am still sore from Friday's leg day! lol Tomorrow afternoon I meet with the personal trainer again for the first time in months…
  • CW: 244.2 LW: 249.8 SW: 278 This weeks' weight loss: 5.6 pounds Total weight lost: 33.8 pounds So I have been bad and weighing myself everyday and yesterday I weighed in at 243. So I was a little disappointed in the fact that I was up today but I worked out SO hard at the gym yesterday and I am sure I have a lot of lactic…
  • Alright, guys so I took the plunge! I hired a coach to help me with my nutrition but to get me started on powerlifting! I have a long ways to go but I took the first step. I stayed on track diet-wise and even took a long walk this evening. However, this coach says that part of my issue is simply not eating enough. She said…
  • I REALLY REALLY REALLY want to get into powerlifting. I know it seems so far away for me, but I think doing that will take my mind off of the numbers on the scale and really help me to SEE the progress on the scale. I have done some lifting here and there in the past and I felt pretty confident then. I can only imagine how…
  • Thanks everyone for the welcoming thoughts!!!! @azkunk and @lindamtuck2018 I am super excited about the tonal! I am hoping it is going to whip my butt into shape! Literally NO excuses! lol Anywho, today I ate well. Watched my calories and I am about 200 under my max which I am happy with. I was honestly kinda sad though…
  • Yeah it is definitely scary. I actually told my friends at work that the worst part about being a nurse is that we know too much. Lol I could barely breathe through words yet refused to check in as a patient because I knew what they'd do lol. The scale was like $20 on amazon and is from a company called Etekcity. :)
  • Hey everyone! I'm backkkkk! I was definitely overwhelmed, heading for a nervous breakdown, and going in and out of SVT continuously so I had to take a step back from literally everything and put the pieces back together. I lowered my workload giving myself 2 days a week off. I also cut back my days at the hospital so I'll…
  • I caught up a little bit and you guys are absolutely KILLING it! Way to go guys! Today's steps are 5,595 which I feel like I should be disappointed in however I WENT TO THE GYM TODAY! lol I guess my time on the Elliptical (30 minutes on hills workout) didn't count towards those lol. And I also did a mile on the treadmill.…
  • THIS IS AMAZING!!! And so motivating! Thank you so much for sharing! Great job!
  • WOOHOO!!!! CONGRATS @lindamtuck !!!!
  • Any recommendations? I have one that I literally NEVER use just because I haven't found anything that really sounded exciting to me that I couldn't do with my air fryer or my crock pot. I would like to use it more!
  • It depends on the type. I eat some cold, others like my apples and cinnamon overnight oats, I warm up! :) It is more of a preference type thing.

  • 1/5: 5,786 steps 1/6: 9,698 steps Yesterday I was the COVID infusion nurse so I literally sat with patients for a minimum of 2 hours at a time to ensure they didn't have any reactions to the medication so not a lot of walking. Today I needed to get my oil changed so I dropped my car off and walked to the surgery center for…
  • Aww thanks! I do have an air fryer that I love! However because I had so much and I don't have the biggest air fryer, I opted to bake these in the oven. I am sorry to hear about your concussion! Take it easy and feel better!!!!
  • 1/4: 9,152 steps Worked at my desk job today so I am pretty happy with those steps. Came home and got the kids all ready and fresh for school restarting tomorrow and also made some more yummy meal prep. I left the house kinda frustrated so I left without bringing any food with me. I ended up ordering from this brand new…
  • GREAT JOB EVERYONE!!! WOOT!
  • That food looks super yum! What is it? Great goals and rewards!!! I need to think about what I do for myself when I get to certain targets. Probably a new tattoo as well.... and I would love to go to the guy who did all my others, but he is a 7 hour plane ride away so..... that's a commitment haha I love your ideas, thanks…
  • 1/3: 8,901 steps I initially went to work this morning but we were surprisingly slow and properly staffed so they allowed me to leave early. It worked out great because I had a massive headache which I am trying to solve. I have been getting them the last 3 days and I think it is because a) caffeine withdrawal (lowering…
  • 1/2: 7, 637 steps  Sorry about that!

  • Steps for today: 4,823 Today was my day off so I lounged around quite a bit. My job at the surgery center offered me a PRN nursing position (I have worked there before I became a nurse and they wouldn't hire me when I graduated due to inexperience and I kept going for extra cash flow for the holidays) that I couldn't turn…
  • I forgot that I wanted to share some pics with you guys! First pic is these awesome meal prep containers I got. Pictured is cinnamon apple overnight oats and buffalo chicken salad in a jar. 2nd pic is my taco bowls which I made with Cilantro lime rice, ground beef, red onion, black beans, and corn. I usually top it off…
