My maths are on point. I really eat very little. And it’s trying to eat to keep up my macros that I’m struggling with. It feels like a lot of food. I usually run to do some other form of workout to burn off the calories but I havnt energy right now to do that

the one thing i dont like at MFP, is that when you log strength work outs- it doesnt say how many calories you burned like it does when you do a cardio work out.
