Time to get the body I want

Hi folks, I'm a 35 year old male and I have struggled with my weight all my life. I'm appx 5'8 and today I was 13st2lb. I have two goals at present 1. Being happy with my body by Sat 8th Nov and 2 to run a sub 50min 10km on the same date. For this I am going to stay alcohol free and limit carbs with high protein. This plan will start on Monday 11 th August. I will keep up dated with progress.

    those are some pretty high goals but i know you can do it!! Congrats on taking the steps to a healthier lifestyle!
