I'm on Day 18 of the 30 day shred and I've lost about 10 pounds! Also, I've lost 2.5 inches off my waist, hips and bust (my cup size hasn't changed so I'm hoping I lost 2 inches of back fat haha)! Thank you everyone for your advice/suggestions/help. I'll be sure to take all of it into consideration during my weight loss journey :) I'm definitely going to have to hide the scale from myself for the next few days, and I'll be sure to stay away from chinese food haha
