i have a heart rate watch so i'll have try it and just figure out how much it burns. i absolutely LOVE Carmen Electra + i love her body so i really hope it burns a few 100 calories. i want to learn the first routine + hip hop routine. does anyone know if her dancer's warm up helps with flexibilty?

10lbs is a safe amount, you won't always lose that much but it can happen + you will eventually have to work harder to get that goal since your body will start adapting but thats a good goal :)

god i hope so. i just can't see myself actually being skinny, only ever thinking about it. it's such a weird feeling. i just wish the weeks would go by quicker. i hate waiting for weight in days >.<

i'm buying an entire wardrob of clothes i could never wear because of my weight. nothing but tight jeans + singlets! haha. also i might get a tattoo on my hip :)

well i asked my mum what size i would be if i lost all my weight, she said i used to fit into a size 10, i dont remember since it was 3 years ago and i didnt pay attention to weight at all then. so i think i'll just buy a size 10 and hopefully fit into them in 3 months :D

i'm a sizw 39" & i plan to buy a pair of GORGEOUS jeans that are a size 35" only have 30lbs to lose, will i be able to lose 4" from that?

are your clothes loser? you might not be able to notice yet because you look in the mirror every day. but if you have a before picture compare that with now and you might notice it. otherwise i suggest comparing clothes you wear now + clothes you wore before.

i always thought every personal trainer would say that you couldn't do it, that it isn't safe but if Jillian Michaels says you can do it then jesus christ, yay! haha. i would love to lose 5lbs a week :D

i'm set at 1kg(2lbs) a week. i was just worried that it would set me back to only 1lb or 1.5lbs. i really hope it doesn't set me back because it was a friends birthday and i dont want to be set back because of a party.

i constantly think about what i'll be able to wear and how much better i will feel when i get to my goals, it drives me insane sometimes, and just makes the weeks go on forever because i'm waiting for another weight in day to come by haha.

i don't mind have a few snack (i love raw carrots) but i would eat mindlessy through out the whole day and i knew it wasn't good.

i'm 5ft 7in + i've looked up how much i should weight if i was to be a model for my height + its 58kg (127lbs). i'm hoping to be curvy + toned :) i'm hoping to lose 15kg in the next 3 months (i'm going to be moving to the beach in 3 months and want to be bikini ready)
