  • thank god, i have a Pilates book but haven't used it cause i had been worried. definately going to start doing Pilates, and then work on my flexibilty with stretching, and when i'm more flexible i'll do Yogas :) thank you all so much :D
  • well i love Pilates but i've read that it makes you 'long & lean' and i'd rather be curvy, i dont want pilates to get rid of my curves. and i would love to be able to do yoga but there is no classes where i live and i cant find any good online beginner routines :(
  • Cardio Party. it's 47 minutes, and a really good workout. and if it's to hard just do half of it and skip to cool down :D the first time is hard you really have to push through, but because the songs are only a few minutes long the style changes and makes it seem like it's going past quicker :D
  • from everything i have read you are meant to eat your exercise calories, i don't think it would be to bad to not to eat them, i know i literally can't eat them. but if you can you should.
