Saw my Cardiologist yesterday and he lowered one of my blood pressure medications YAY!!!!!!!!!! I have been doing cardio since the end of Feb. I have been on high blood pressure medication for 17 years now. (I was born with a coarctation of the aorta) NSV are Awesome

Don’t let the scale get you down. My scale hasn’t moved in 3 weeks, but this week I moved down one more notch in my belt. The scale can drive you crazy if you concentrate on it too much, remember the scale just gives you your weight it doesn’t tell you how healthy you are.

My 3 year old son saw me jogging on the threadmill the other night and asked me if i was exercising, i told him yeah, and then he give me a thumbs up and said "good job daddy".

Me and buddy did the WD last year and it was a blast. The obstacles where not as hard as i thought they would be. the only thing we did to get ready for the race was run 3 miles 3-4 times a week a few months before the race. i cannot wait until the next one!! i hope to be 20-30 lbs lighter this time :)

For breakfast this morning I did 8 tbsp egg white .5 oz cream cheese 2 slices of turkey breast 1 wheat pita bread 272 cal and very filling
