I eat a raw/ plant based diet, log my calories, watch sugar intake specially, I have a cheat day on Sunday..if I want it and faithfully do 40 minutes a day on my excercycle. Also have 2 healthy smoothies a day...veggie forward.

If this diet is a lifestyle change then put your strength to the test and go out for dinner. Naturally, order something different.

Seems like brown rice is VERY high in calories. I am doing a raw/ plant based diet and I do like brown rice but the numbers add up fast per serving.

Can't hurt you in reaching for fruit and or vegetables as a alternative to junk food at least your body, mind and soul will LOVE you for the healthy…

I am doing a raw/plant based diet, a 30 day smoothie challenge with youngandraw.com and basically consuming 3 healthy smoothies a day...I use GREEN TEA as the liquid of choice in ALL my smoothies.

Depends on what your description of "real food" is. My husband is a meat and potatoes kind of guy but I prefer raw or plant based food and he former is what I cater to.
