11th January - 146.6 18th January - 145.1; lost 1. 5 25th January - 143.6; lost 1.5 Total competition loss 3 Snow hampered a lot of things like walking & getting to the gym, so I ate a WHOLE box of After Eights on Sunday to compensate :laugh: Sue :smile: xxx

11th January - 146.6 18th January - 145.1; lost 1.4 this week :smile: Total competition loss 1.4 Hit the gym 4 times this week. Had one really bad eating day where I ate everything in sight :embarassed: .....but no long term damage done! Sue :smile: xxx

Started at 149.2 in January 2011; met goal (130) in June 2011; 50th birthday plus loads of family celebrations & Med cruise saw me zoom up to 158.5 in Oct 2012; now at 146.3 - 16.3 to get back to goal...... We were at the meat counter in our local supermarket & hubby asked the girl to cut him a piece of steak. She did so, but she cut it so it was a wedge shape. Hubby wasn't satisfied and asked her to cut another piece. Her reply? "It's not my fault cows aren't straight." Almost peed myself laughing..............
