Set up your Fitbit to sync with MFP....there are links on both FitBit & MFP sites, then enter food on MFP only & it automatically syncs to FitBit.....I never log food on FitBit site. PS....I'm from UK too.

Been on 2...both with Fred Olsen. I didn't log food, although I logged on so as not to lose my count.....was on holiday so relaxed the eating rules a lot :happy: . Sure, there's lots of food available, but plenty of options for you to make healthy choices....and you certainly don't need to eat 24/7 just because it's there.…

Stuffed Cob - Take one cob loaf, cut hole in top & scoop out insides and then cram full of your choice of stuff. I've used smoked salmon, cucumber, cheese, tomato & boiled egg......it's chilling in the fridge, ready to slice later. Serve with salad.

Exactly. I eat whatever I want so long as it fits my goals. Weight loss has been slow, but steady.......down 23lbs in 7 months. And I eat chocolate most days.
